Their "Blue Dragon Seared Fish" was awesome, which is their daily catch on Sriracha mashed potatoes with "Farm Fresh Vegetables, Star Anise Soy Reduction, and Hamakua Mushroom, Fern Shoot".
I ordered this crazy drink called "Moon Fire Sazerac" which they describe as "A potent cocktail made with Hawaiian Moonshine Okolehae and Bulleit Rye Whiskey, spiced up with fresh cilantro and Chef Noah's Hawaiian Chili Pepper Water, naturally sweetened with grilled pineapple juice and fresh lemon. Served in a steel cup with Creole bitters and soda."
